Covers sausage polyamide impenetrable — a class of the plastic barrier covers intended for production of sausages. Polyamide sausage covers are made of mix of polyamides and polyethylene of a high pressure by a koekstruziya method with biaxial orientation.

The first (external) layer — polyamide , has the high mechanical durability and heat stability, protects sausage forcemeat from ultraviolet rays , fats , microorganisms, protects from penetration of gases (O2, N2, CO2, etc.) and smells. The second layer — sticks together incompatible polyamide and polyethylene layers. The third layer — polyethylene , provides impermeability of a cover for steam and moisture. The fourth layer — sticks together incompatible polyamide and polyethylene layers. Fifth (inside layer) — polyamide, possesses biological inertness , keeps taste and aroma of sausage, provides high adhesion to forcemeat.
