The gauze is medical

Gauze (fr. marli — a muslin). Cotton fabric, very rare, transparent and at the same time light on weight. Transparency and ease of this fabric is reached by the fact that as the main, and weft threads do not adjoin in a gauze one to another closely as in usual fabrics, and separate more or less noticeable intervals. On a way of development the gauze can be subdivided into a gauze thin and a gauze ordinary (lining).
Bleached is issued, severe is more rare.
Application
The thin gauze fat-free and bleached or processed by carbolic acid is called in the special chemical way hygroscopic or carbonized and arrives for the medical purposes as dressing (for bandage, etc.).
The gauze is ordinary, bleached or painted in various colors it is used on a lining to dresses, and especially finished (rigid) goes as a lining on women's hats, clothes hems and other (a sewing butt). Also it is used for subbonding of maps.
