Reducers cylindrical horizontal two - level all - machine - building application of standard sizes 1Ts2U - 100, 1Ts2U - 125, 1Ts2U - 160, 1Ts2U - 200, 1Ts2U - 250 are intended for increase in torque and reduction of frequency of rotation.
Application conditions:
• loading constant and variable of one direction and reversive;
• work long or with periodic stops;
• rotation of shaft in any party;
• frequency of rotation of an entrance shaft should not exceed 1800 rpm. ;
• the atmosphere of types I and II in accordance with GOST 15150 at dust content of air no more than 10 mg/cubic meter;
• climatic modifications At, T for category of placement 1.. . 3 and climatic modifications of UHL and O for categories of placement 4 in accordance with GOST 15150.
Example of designation of a reducer at the order:
1TS2U - 200 – 20 – 12 TSTS OF U1
U1 – climatic modification and category of placement
ZZ – execution option with the cylindrical end of an entrance and output shaft respectively (by default conic)
12 – assembly option
20 – nominal transfer number
200 – interaxal distance
