Premium carbon dioxide - under normal conditions environment, carbon dioxide is the greenhouse, not having a smell and color gas possessing sourish taste. Carbon dioxide contains in the atmosphere, its volume share makes about 0,038%. Carbon dioxide is not toxic, but can cause shortage of oxygen and further death of live organisms. Carbonic acid freely passes through itself an ultraviolet and filters infrared radiation.
Use of carbonic acid. The main scope of carbon dioxide is the food industry. Except the food industry, carbon dioxide is applied in refrigeration units, in weapon models (pneumatics), in avia-modeling and when performing low-temperature welding works. In the food industry, carbonic acid is the registered E290 preservative and has broad application by production of the aerated and low alcohol drinks (beer, gin, mineral water). Liquid carbonic acid can be applied in fire extinguishing. Carbonic acid in cylinders is used not only in places of public catering (cafe, bars, restaurants), but also in the perfumery industry (for production of spirits).
