Description

Design:

Power cables with aluminum veins, with isolation from silanolnosshity polyethylene with a protective cover like Bbshv. 

1. A conducting vein - aluminum, single-wire or multiwire, a round or sector form, 1 or 2 classes in accordance with GOST 22483. 
2. Isolation - from silanolnosshity polyethylene. The isolated veins of multicore cables have a distinctive coloring which can be not only continuous, but also in the form of a longitudinal strip not less than 1 mm wide. Isolation of zero veins is carried out blue color. Isolation of a vein of grounding – two-color in the form of a combination of green and yellow colors. Thickness of isolation is presented in the Appendix. 
3. Twist – the isolated veins of cables are twisted in the core around a plait from PVC of plastic compound or not vulcanized rubber in cables of brand APVBBSHV, from PVC of plastic compound of the lowered fire danger in cables of brand Apvbbshng (A)-LS. Cables are carried out four - and five-vein and have all veins of identical section or one vein of smaller section (zero or grounding) in four-vein cables. Nominal sections of zero veins and veins of grounding (smaller section) correspond specified in the Appendix. 
4. Zone isolation - is imposed over the twisted veins from plastic compound PVC in cables of brand APVBBSHV, from PVC of plastic compound of the lowered fire danger in cables of brand Apvbbshng (A)-LS with filling of intervals between veins. In cables of brand APVBBSHV imposing of two-layer zone isolation is allowed: an inside layer – from not vulcanized rubber mix, and external – from plastic compound PVC. 
5. The winding – is imposed over zone isolation in cables of brand Apvbbshng (A)-LS from a steklolenta or from a stekloslyudosoderzhashchy tape with overlapping. 
6. A protective cover - like Bbshv: 
- armor from two steel tapes imposed so that the top tape blocked gaps between rounds of the lower tape; 
- a protective hose vypressovanny of plastic compound PVC, in cables of brand Apvbbshng (A)-LS from PVC of plastic compound of the lowered fire danger. 
Ideks LS means low dymo-and Low Smoke gas emission, an index (A) means that the cable corresponds to category A on burning non-proliferation in accordance with GOST of P MEK 332-3-96. 

Application:

For transfer and distribution of the electric power in stationary installations on rated alternating voltage there are 1000 V of the frequency of 50 Hz.

Cables of brand APVBBSHV are intended for laying in the earth (trenches) irrespective of degree of corrosion activity of soil and ground waters, except for puchinisty and collapsible soil, and for laying of single cable lines in cable constructions.

Cables of brand Apvbbshng (A)-LS are intended for group laying of cable lines in cable constructions, rooms, including in explosive zones of the classes V-Ig, V-II, V-Ib, V-IIA.
