FREM FAST EXTRA

FREM FAST EXTRA - a complex additive with the action combined accelerating curing and plasticizing. By efficiency of the plasticizing action treats the plasticizing additive of the I group.

Additive of the Belarusian production.

Appointment:

The additive of FREM FAST EXTRA is used for production of all types of concrete and reinforced concrete products and construction solutions.

Properties:

• Increases uniformity of concrete mix
• Increases mobility of concrete mix with P1 to P5
• Promotes water reduction at an equal udoboukladyvayemost or improves an udoboukladyvayemost at the invariable water cement relation without stratification and a water separation of concrete mix
• Intensive increase of durability of concrete (for 69% in 1 days at nvt and for 49% at the age of 2 days at + 5 °C)
• When using of the water reducing effect for increase of durability, frost resistance, water tightness

Specifications:

• Color and form of delivery: dark brown liquid or powder
• Mass fraction of solid: 33% ± 3%
• Density at 20 °C: 1,23 ^g/cm3 ± 3%
• Maintenance of ions of chlorine: no more than 0,1%
• Hydrogen indicator of water solution of an additive with a mass fraction of substance of 4%
• Freezing temperature: - 15 °C

Dosage: The recommended dose of an additive makes 0,5 - 1,0% on solid of the mass of cement. The additive is added to zatvoreniye water.

The dosage of an additive depends on purpose of concrete mix, its mobility, content of cement and desirable effect.
